ROLE SUMMARY
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and support of software solutions in a remote setup. This is an entry-level role focused on building and maintaining high-quality code while learning from senior engineers in a collaborative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain software components using core programming languages
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the application stack
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Collaborate with team members on feature delivery and code reviews
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proficiency in C++ or Java and SQL
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Optional: Test Automation, JIRA, CI/CD
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
ELIGIBILITY
- B.E / B.Tech / B.S. in Computer Science or related field
- 0–1 years of experience (Fresher friendly)
- Strong foundational knowledge of programming and databases
