Delta Capita is a Prytek Financial Services Business specializing in managed services, consulting & solutions, and technology for the financial services industry. The company builds Report Hub, a market-leading regulatory reporting platform used by global financial institutions, and focuses on innovative cloud-native solutions for complex regulatory and operational challenges.
ROLE SUMMARY
Delta Capita is growing the engineering team behind Report Hub and is looking for talented Full Stack Developers (from early-career engineers to experienced seniors) to design, build, and support scalable, cloud-native applications that solve complex regulatory and operational challenges for clients in Bangalore or Pune.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop and support modern full stack applications
- Build scalable front-end and back-end solutions
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA and DevOps teams
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle
- Troubleshoot issues, improve performance and contribute to automation initiatives
- Collaborate within Agile delivery teams to deliver high-quality solutions
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Front-end: React, Angular, JavaScript or TypeScript
- Back-end: .NET/C#, Java, Node.js or Python
- REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Azure or other cloud platforms
- Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- Strong technical foundation and willingness to learn modern engineering practices
- For senior levels: Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications, technical design leadership, and mentoring
ELIGIBILITY
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
- Commercial experience, internships, graduate programmes or personal projects (for junior)
- Significant experience for senior levels
- Location: Bangalore or Pune, India (Hybrid working)
- Permanent full-time position
