ABOUT THE COMPANY
Thinkly AI builds AI agents that run live calls and multiple processes for clients in high-ticket consultative sales (Real Estate, Education, etc.). The company works with enterprise clients, including major names in Real Estate, and focuses on production AI systems that deliver real business impact.
ROLE SUMMARY
As a Forward Deployed Engineer Intern, you sit close to the client. You will debug and tune AI voice agents running live on client calls, ship fixes and features into the production application, build demos for prospects, and feed field learnings back into the product. The role requires strong coding skills and treating prompting as an engineering problem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Debug and tune AI voice agents running live on client calls
- Ship small fixes and features into the production application
- Build demos for prospects (including writing robust prompts)
- Take what breaks in the field and feed it back into the product
- Work closely with clients in a high-velocity startup environment
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Ability to write real, production-quality code (not just AI-generated)
- Strong understanding of prompting as an engineering discipline
- Comfort working on live production systems from week one
- Willingness to work long hours in a startup environment
- Ability to commit to 8 hours daily, Monday–Saturday
ELIGIBILITY
- Internship only
- Must be able to join immediately (1st week of September preferred)
- Remote (Mon–Fri + alternate Saturdays)
- No major exams/VIVAs/attendance conflicts in the next 3 months preferred
- Strong GitHub / personal project portfolio required
