ROLE SUMMARY
Peakflo is seeking a highly motivated Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) based in India (Remote) to bridge the gap between core AI technology and real-world financial workflows. You will develop, tune, and implement agentic machine learning solutions, focusing on Voice AI, prompt engineering, LLMs, RAG, and workflow automation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Craft voice-optimized prompt flows and continuously refine them using LLM feedback loops and A/B testing
- Integrate prompts with speech recognition, intent extraction, and telephony APIs for real-time responsiveness
- Build hierarchical agentic workflows and optimize performance of leading LLMs (Gemini, GPT, Claude)
- Integrate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with enterprise knowledge bases and financial APIs
- Architect and integrate LLM systems with third-party tools, email, and chat interfaces
- Analyze business processes, automate workflows using Python and SQL, and build dashboards
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams and document solutions clearly
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong proficiency in Python (backend development)
- Experience with Machine Learning, NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud)
- Hands-on experience deploying ML models in production
- Preferred: LangChain, LlamaIndex, advanced NLP, Git, software engineering best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
ELIGIBILITY
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science or related technical field
- 0.5 – 2 years of industry experience with ML, NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
- Location: India / Remote (IN)
- US citizenship/visa not required
