Rex.zone is a platform for discovering and delivering AI/ML work across model development, LLM evaluation, and AI data operations. It connects talent with real-world pipelines such as training data quality, annotation guidelines, model performance improvement, and large language model evaluation, spanning AI labs, tech startups, enterprise teams, BPOs, and annotation vendors.

Rexzone is hiring AI Developers (India, Remote) to design, build, and ship AI-driven features that integrate ML models and LLMs into production applications. The role involves developing inference services, prompt evaluation, data labeling collaboration, QA evaluation, and RLHF workflows to improve model performance and reliability.

• Own AI application development from prototype to production, including APIs, batch pipelines, and real-time inference
• Build and maintain LLM evaluation and prompt evaluation suites, including golden datasets and regression tests
• Partner with data labeling and QA teams to define annotation guidelines, acceptance criteria, and training data quality checks
• Implement model monitoring for drift, hallucination patterns, latency, and cost
• Contribute to RLHF data collection, preference modeling experiments, and safety policy adherence
• Document workflows and ensure reproducibility across environments

• Mid-to-senior experience building ML-enabled software products
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Practical knowledge of NLP and/or computer vision and model evaluation
• Experience deploying services with Docker and CI/CD; familiarity with Kubernetes and AWS preferred
• Preferred: LLM integration (RAG, tools/function calling, embeddings), RLHF, content safety, MLOps practices

• Mid-Senior level experience in AI/ML software development
• Strong Python and ML framework experience
• Location: Remote (India-based candidates)
