Software Trainee

This is a full-time Software Trainee role based on-site in Chennai. You will assist in the design, development, and testing of software modules for telecom applications, work with cross-functional teams on embedded, wireless, or IoT solutions, and learn telecom domain concepts under mentorship while using AI tools for productivity.

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of software modules for telecom applications
• Work with cross-functional teams on embedded, wireless, or IoT-based software solutions
• Support debugging, integration, and documentation of software components
• Participate in code reviews and follow established engineering best practices
• Learn and apply telecom domain concepts (protocols, network architecture, signal processing basics) under mentorship
• Use Copilot AI effectively for improving productivity and daily tasks

• Strong fundamentals in programming (C/C++/Java/Python), data structures, and computer networks
• Basic understanding of embedded systems, wireless protocols, or IoT concepts (added advantage)
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner with ability to adapt to new domains and technologies
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive attitude
• Working knowledge of Copilot AI

• BE / B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) / Embedded Systems / Wireless Communication / IoT
• Minimum 6.5 CGPA (aggregate) throughout the academic program
• No standing arrears (backlogs) at the time of application
• Full-time, On-Site in Chennai
