ROLE SUMMARY
This is a structured Trainee Software Engineer program exclusively for the 2027 graduating batch. It is a fully remote role designed to train freshers through a 9-month paid journey (internship + traineeship) before converting high performers into full-time Associate Software Engineers at ₹9 LPA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with software developers to build effective software solutions
- Develop efficient, reusable, reliable, and scalable software
- Build new features and modules from scratch
- Maintain and enhance existing features and modules
- Contribute to SaaS recruitment technology products
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle under mentorship
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong interest in programming (Java / Python preferred)
- Interest or exposure to AI/ML is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a remote collaborative environment
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to build scalable software
- Stable internet connection and reliable power backup (mandatory for assessments)
ELIGIBILITY
- Must be part of the 2027 graduating batch only
- BE / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc in Computer Science or closely related field
- No active academic backlogs
- Minimum 60% aggregate preferred
- Full-time remote opportunity after successful completion of the 9-month program
