Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

Peakflo is a rapidly growing, Y Combinator-backed (YC W22) Agentic AI company. We build autonomous AI agents that transform and automate complex financial operations and customer workflows for mid-market and enterprise businesses globally.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you sit at the intersection of deep engineering, AI product customization, and enterprise client deployment. You will be responsible for deploying, integrating, and fine-tuning Peakflo's Agentic AI workflows directly for high-growth enterprise customers.

• Design, build, and deploy custom integrations and AI agent workflows using Python, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Work closely with enterprise clients to understand their technical infrastructure and map out data pipelines.
• Build robust connectors and APIs linking Peakflo with major ERPs, CRMs, and payment gateways.
• Collaborate directly with the core AI research and platform engineering teams to push client-driven features into the core product.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, debug integration pipelines, and optimize agent accuracy.

• 1–3 years of hands-on software development experience with Python, TypeScript, or modern JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, JSON data processing, and relational/NoSQL databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Interest or prior experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to external stakeholders.
