ROLE SUMMARY
Groww’s Backend Engineering team is hiring SDE-1s and SDE-2s who enjoy designing distributed systems and building products with real user impact. The role involves working on scalable backend systems that power core investment and wealth management experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and build distributed systems and backend services
- Take end-to-end ownership of features and products
- Work on high-impact problems in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate within a high-caliber engineering team
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design
- Hands-on experience with Java / Golang / Python
- Ability to design and build scalable, reliable backend systems
- Strong problem-solving and coding skills
- Sense of ownership and ability to deliver high-impact work
ELIGIBILITY
- Year of Graduation (as per form)
- Relevant years of experience (SDE-1 / SDE-2 level)
- Current Company & Designation details required
- Tech Stack preference: Golang / Java / Java and Go / Python / Frontend
