ROLE SUMMARY
DocuSign is hiring Software Engineers in Bengaluru to design, build, and maintain core platform services, messaging, caching, or product features. Engineers work in an Agile environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to high-quality, scalable systems used by customers globally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and test features for core platform or product services
- Write clean, high-quality, maintainable, and testable code
- Develop within an Agile/Scrum framework using CI/CD, code reviews, and version control
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams
- Improve reliability, performance, and scalability of systems
- Participate in team rituals and contribute to a positive engineering culture
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals (DSA, problem solving)
- Proficiency in one or more languages such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, or Go
- Experience with microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with distributed systems concepts
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to write clean, testable code and work with CI/CD pipelines
ELIGIBILITY
- 0–3+ years of relevant software engineering experience (depending on level)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Location: Bengaluru (hybrid model common)
- Strong interest in building scalable, reliable systems for a global product
