ROLE SUMMARY
Adobe is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to join teams designing, building, and operating high-traffic, critically important backend services. The role involves applying innovation and creativity to solve engineering problems, including with emerging technologies like GenAI, in a product-focused environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, construct, and operate high-traffic backend services
- Apply innovation and creativity to solve engineering and coding problems
- Contribute to analysis, design, and programming for software releases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and other engineering groups
- Ensure stability, security, scalability, and performance of services
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Skilled and experienced in Java with ability to produce clean, performant, and maintainable object-oriented code
- Strong computer science fundamentals, OOPS, Data Structures, Algorithms, and performance optimization
- Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile Development, Microservice design, and CI/CD processes
- Knowledge of Azure/AWS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, Docker, Jenkins, Splunk, Git
- Knowledge of GenAI tools and technology is a bonus
- Ability to quickly adapt to new programming paradigms, languages, tools, and problem areas
ELIGIBILITY
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in software development and automation
- Location: Noida, India
