Data Entry Clerk

Blount Fine Foods is a family-owned and operated manufacturer, marketer, and developer of premium fresh prepared foods. The company produces fresh soups, mac and cheese, entrées, and other restaurant-quality products for grocery stores, hot bars, and restaurants across the United States.

The Data Entry Clerk supports production operations by maintaining accurate production records and entering recipes into production database systems. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, the ability to follow procedures, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

• Review and verify department HACCP paperwork.
• Register and record key process steps from the start to finish of each batch.
• Assist with pack-out line setup.
• Enter recipes into production database systems.
• Identify departmental yield and bottleneck issues and communicate them to the Lead or Coordinator.
• Provide production support as needed.
• Use Radio Frequency (RF) systems.

• High school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training.
