ROLE SUMMARY
This is an Early Professional / Graduate Trainee Engineer role under Siemens Global Business Services. You will provide foundational project support, assist senior engineers with engineering tasks, learn project scopes, and contribute to internal services delivery in a full-time permanent position based in Bangalore (office/site only).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in various engineering tasks and project activities as directed by the Team Leader or Senior Engineer
- Learn about project scope and requirements during or after handover meetings
- Review basic project inputs, identify questions, and seek guidance from senior engineers
- Maintain accurate and timely recording of work hours in the timesheet
- Support overall project delivery and quality processes
SKILLS REQUIRED
- BE/BTech with around 6 months of experience
- Fluent in English language
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to interpret customer requirements, identify needs, and resolve issues positively
- Willingness to learn and work in a structured engineering support environment
