ROLE SUMMARY
Nesternship is Nestlé’s flagship 1-month immersive internship program. Interns work on real-world business projects under the guidance of experienced industry mentors across streams such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Engineering, and Corporate Functions. High performers may receive a Golden Ticket for a full-time placement interview.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on impactful real-world business projects under mentor supervision
- Gain hands-on exposure to Nestlé’s operations and business functions
- Contribute to project outcomes in the assigned stream
- Collaborate with teams and apply academic knowledge to practical challenges
- Complete the internship successfully to be eligible for the Golden Ticket recommendation
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong academic background aligned to the chosen stream
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for the FMCG industry and Nestlé brands
ELIGIBILITY
- Undergraduate / Postgraduate students (primarily 2026 / 2027 batch)
- Streams: Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Engineering, Corporate Functions (and related disciplines)
- Register on the Talent Games portal and complete the gamified online assessment within 72 hours
- Internship start typically aligned to program cycles (e.g., April / October 2026)
