ROLE SUMMARY
This is an entry-level Associate Software Engineer role in Bengaluru. You will work in Software Engineering covering the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions and applications. As a fresher/entry-level professional, you will build foundational skills in programming, software design, and development under guidance while contributing to team goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems
- Participate in the development, application, and maintenance of software engineering practices
- Work on software design, development, and optimization of applications
- Organize own time to deliver against short-term tasks set by others
- Collaborate cooperatively with team members to achieve project goals
- Actively seek feedback to improve skills and manage career growth with support
- Follow established work processes and produce accurate, reliable results
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Foundational understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles
- Eager to learn and know when to ask questions
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and contribute positively to project performance
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office (advantageous for support-oriented roles)
- Willingness to work in shifts if required for certain profiles
ELIGIBILITY
- BE / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc / Any Graduate
- Freshers and candidates with 0-2 years of experience
- Eligible batches: 2022 to 2026
- Full-time, Permanent role in Bengaluru
